Inside offers a large and comfortable living room with fireplace and kitchenette (oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge with freezer), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms (double on request), a twin bedroom (double on request) and two bathrooms with shower. In front of the house there is a spacious and sunny terrace with terracotta floors and equipped with table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining.

In the garden, available to customers there is a beautiful, irregular shaped swimming pool (11 x 5 – 1.20 – 2.10 m deep).

The property can be reached via a short stretch of unpaved road, not suitable for sports cars.

The nearest restaurant is in the small village about 1.5 km from the house, while the nearest village where customers find shops and restaurants is 5 km away. Siena is 13 km from the property.
