This beautiful farmhouse stands in a private setting in the midst of spectacular countryside South East of Siena, well known as “Le Crete Senesi area” . Asciano, the nearest village, reachable in 10 minutes drive from the property, offers restaurants, banks and shops, and supermarket. This big farmhouse is set in a panoramic position, perfect for those looking for peace and relaxation. The house and the annex have now been restored to make four apartments for the guests and one where the welcoming owners live. All the apartments are very tastefully furnished and all have terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout. Each apartments has its own private outside area furnished with table and chairs for dining out. In a panoramic position overlooking the valley, you will find the shared swimming pool with sun beds and an old barn with a very spacious common room equipped with Sat TV and a huge fire-place for BBQ. In the common room or by the pool during the summer, guests can have breakfast and dinner (to be ordered in advance) and taste the typical Tuscan food, prepared by the owners. The swimming pool (6×12 m – deep 1.20/1.80) is open from May to September. Wi-Fi internet connection available for free. This is the perfect base for day trips to Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza and San Quirico d’Orcia. All the apartments are on the ground floor. Two apartments have 3 rooms and accommodate 4+2 people. Each apartment consists of a living/dining area with fireplace, a double sofa bed, kitchen corner (cooker and fridge); one double bedoom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
