Very handsome farmhouse recently restored surrounded by an olive grove. The structure is divided in 7 apartments. The name of each flat was given according to the different varieties of the olive trees of the area (having 2 farmstead). All apartments are carefully furnished in accordance with the typical Umbrian style. Our customers can use a swimming-pool (15 m. long, 7 m. wide, 1,20/1,60 m. deep) that is on a pretty terrace-solarium from where one enjoys a breathtaking view on the Umbria valley and on Assisi in the background. Jacuzzi angle is at disposal. A fee-paying washing machine is available as well as a barbecue (no fee). An open parking lot in the interior of the property.
