The Villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Tuscan countryside, on the edge of the “Crete Senesi”, between Buonconvento and Monteroni d’Arbia, on the top of a hill where you can enjoy a magnificent view.
An avenue of cypress trees leads to this 19th century Tuscan farmhouse, elegantly restored in 2007, furnished with excellent taste and attention to detail, creating a perfect combination of period features and modern comforts.
The ground floor of the house, once stables and stables, now consists of a spacious, living / dining room with fireplace and two doors that open onto the outside. An arch divides the living / dining room from the well-equipped country-style kitchenette.
The kitchen is equipped with a large oven, 6 burner stove, American fridge with freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, fryer, electric hot plate and grill. From the kitchen a French door opens into a beautiful covered loggia with a wood-burning oven which is a shaded space provided with table and chairs, perfect for eating out in front of an extraordinary view of the Tuscan hills. From the loggia, some steps lead to a spacious terrace ideal for sunbathing, and from the terrace to the laundry.
On the ground floor there is a study, a pink double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a double (double on request) blue bedroom with ensuite shower room and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is also a service room with bunk bed with ensuite shower room. This room is for single use as an alternative to the third bed of the triple).
Through a staircase you go up to the first floor where we find a corridor which leads to four bedrooms (3 double and one triple) and a kitchen.
Each room has a different color (blue, yellow or pink) and ensuite shower room. The kitchen, with a five-burner oven and a small fridge, is ideal for preparing breakfast.
From the corridor, an external staircase leads to the garden.
The house is surrounded by the garden where we also find the swimming pool (8 X 16m – depth 1.50m), located in a panoramic position and for the exclusive use of guests. It is open from April to October.
The villa retains every part of its rustic atmosphere with the addition of those small luxuries such as air conditioning and Internet connection
